Privacy policy and Aviso de Privacidad

The short version: your texts are processed in memory and discarded, we collect the minimum operational data needed to run the service, and Mexican privacy law (LFPDPPP) rights apply. The long version follows, in English first and Spanish below.

What happens to text you paste

When you use the humanizer or detector, your text travels encrypted to our processing service, is transformed or scored in memory, and the result returns to your browser. The text is not written to a database, not used to train models, and not readable by staff in any stored form. There is no history feature because there is no history.

Operational data we do process

To run rate limits and keep the service healthy we process request metadata: a salted hash derived from your IP address (used to enforce the daily limit, not reversible to your IP), timestamps, request sizes and response times. Standard web server logs at our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, may retain IP addresses briefly per their own policies. We use no advertising trackers and no third party analytics scripts.

Cookies

The free tools work without cookies. If accounts launch in the future, login will use strictly necessary session cookies, and this page will be updated before that happens.

What we can see when you use the tools

Operationally, a request looks like this from our side: a timestamp, a payload size, a salted hash for rate limiting and a response time. No account, no name, no email, no readable text after the response is sent. Support requests by email are different: those naturally include whatever you write to us, and they live in the mailbox until resolved.

Retention, in plain numbers

Pasted texts: zero retention, processed in memory and discarded when the response is sent. Rate limit hashes: rolling daily windows, then gone. Infrastructure logs at Cloudflare: per their standard short retention, outside our control but inside their published policies. Nothing else is collected, so nothing else has a retention period.

Jurisdiction and processing locations

The service runs on Cloudflare's global edge network, which means a request from Guadalajara is normally processed at a Mexican or nearby edge location, with the language engine call relayed through our platform infrastructure. The legal relationship is with the operator listed above and governed by Mexican law, including the LFPDPPP rights described in the Aviso de Privacidad on this page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage. This page was last updated in June 2026.

Common questions

Is my text stored when I use the tools?

No. Texts are processed in memory to produce your result and then discarded. There is no archive of user inputs.

What data does the site collect?

Operational basics only: anonymized request metadata needed to run rate limits and keep the service healthy. The full notice on this page lists everything.

Does Mexican privacy law apply?

Yes. The Aviso de Privacidad section of this page covers the LFPDPPP requirements, including the rights you can exercise and how.
